I had heard of Bella Band so raced to buy 1 as soon as I began to show. It drove me nuts!!! The fabric is thin and soooo tight – I couldn’t wait to take it off. Not only did it constantly roll down, I had to adjust, adjust, adjust – my tummy began to hurt!! I paid $30 with shipping – I dislike being so negative but it is what it is – a waste of money!

Thanks to the BellaBand I didn’t wear maternity pants until i was nearly 8 mos pregnant. It helped me stretch my work wardrobe and saved me a lot of money as a result. Note – I was an “all belly” pregnancy and did not gain much weight in my hips, thighs, etc so I could still get into pre-preg clothes but just couldn’t button them up. This was a complete life saver.

I received this band around 8 weeks and it was a life saver. I would actually wear it inside my jeans/pants and then roll it over to it smoothed the bottens and allowed them to be partially unzipped. It is a wonderful way to postpone buying closes until about 12 weeks but after that it became uncomfortable whereas actual materniity clothes felt great!! I think it will greatly depend on how quickly you show on how long you can use this band. This being my 3rd pregnancy it worked for me until 13 weeks. I think it may also be helpful if I where to buy maternity clothes that are too large now but so far I have not needed it since I switched over.
